Each raffle has a dedicated non-profit recipient, whose mission is for the betterment of the community of Evanston, WY.  

This raffle is open to anyone over the age of 18, who can take delivery of the prize at the giveaway location of Evanston, WY. See official rules for complete details.

Yes, however we do limit tickets to 5 per person. 

Our raffles only occur after every raffle ticket is sold. This ensures that all the funds are received to cover operating costs, as well as hit our giving target for the chosen organization. 

Winners will be selected using an automated raffle system that ensures a fair and random drawing. This system is designed to eliminate bias and guarantee that all eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided when the ticket was purchased. The winner will also be announced on this website, and through various social media platforms. 

The winner will need to take delivery of their prize at Uinta CDJR in Evanston, WY. If the winner is not local, they will need to cover their travel costs for pick up, or delivery costs for the prize to be transported to them. 

The cost of the raffle ticket in not tax-deductible at this time. 

Yes! 

General Restrictions – Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners must claim their prize within 15 days of the drawing date, or the prize will be forfeited. The raffle organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

Age & Residency Restrictions – Winners must be 18 years or older to claim the prize. Prizes will only be awarded to residents of the contiguous United States. 

Eligibility Restrictions – Employees, board members, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Dutch Automotive Holdings and Uinta CDJR are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals involved in the administration or execution of this raffle, including sponsors and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. Participants must not have any direct involvement in the raffle drawing process to ensure fairness. Any entries found to be in violation of these eligibility rules will be disqualified, and any prizes won must be forfeited. 

Tax & Liability – The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, title, and insurance fees associated with the vehicle. The vehicle is awarded ‘as-is’, and the raffle organizers make no warranties or guarantees. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, including federal and state income tax, associated with their prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release the raffle organizers from any liability related to the use or misuse of the prize.
