General Restrictions – Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners must claim their prize within 15 days of the drawing date, or the prize will be forfeited. The raffle organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

Age & Residency Restrictions – Winners must be 18 years or older to claim the prize. Prizes will only be awarded to residents of the contiguous United States. 

Eligibility Restrictions – Employees, board members, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Dutch Automotive Holdings are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals involved in the administration or execution of this raffle, including Sponsors and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. Participants must not have any direct involvement in the raffle drawing process to ensure fairness. Any entries found to violate these eligibility rules will be disqualified, and any prizes won must be forfeited. 

Tax & Liability – The winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, title, and insurance fees associated with the vehicle. The vehicle is awarded ‘as-is’, and the raffle organizers make no warranties or guarantees. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prize, including federal and state income tax. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release the raffle organizers from any liability related to the use or misuse of the prize.
